Level I – Foundations

What to Bring / Studio Essentials
- Yoga Mat – Bring your own mat for personal comfort and hygiene. If you don’t have one, studio mats are available for use.
- Comfortable, Breathable Clothing – Wear lightweight, stretchable attire that allows easy movement and keeps you cool during practice.
- Early Arrival – Arrive at least 10 minutes before class, especially if you’re joining for the first time, to allow for check-in and to settle into the space.
- Props – Blocks, straps, and bolsters are available on request to support your practice and help with alignment.
- Water Bottle – Staying hydrated is important; bring a refillable water bottle to keep nearby during and after class.
- Towel – A small towel can be handy for sweat or to provide extra grip on your mat during more active sessions.
- Open Mind & Positive Energy – Most importantly, come ready to relax, focus, and embrace your yoga journey.
